MONTHLY WEBSITE PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS
All services provided to the Customer by The Baazi Designs are subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance. A payment of an advance fee, deposit fee or payment online is deemed an acceptance of our terms and conditions, a copy of which is available via our website and at any time by request by The Baazi Designs.
2. Quotation. Charges for the services to be provided by The Baazi Designs are defined in the project quotation that the Customer receives via e-mail. Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. The Baazi Designs reserves the right to alter or decline to provide a quotation after expiry of the 30 days.
Items in a quotation provided by The Baazi Designs are quoted to a fixed price based on requirements and information provided. No extra charges will be incurred to complete any quoted items unless further requirements or information is provided to The Baazi Designs by the Customer which significantly changes the quoted item. Any extra charges will be quoted to the Customer prior to commencement of the quoted item.
We offer flexible payment terms on all our website design and development projects because we know that every penny counts.
To make things as easy as possible for our clients, we allow you to spread out the cost of your new website with a monthly payment plan. You get your website designed and developed and online, without having to make a large up-front payment.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Payment Terms
Payment in full including GST is required before any work is undertaken and this payment is non-refundable. The only exception to this rule is custom programming work (termed custom functionality) - see next clause for details.
2. Custom Functionality

- You pay a set up fee to get started, then simply set up a direct debit with us for a payment amount (monthly basis) and that's it.

Unlimited support to help you grow
- Your website doesn't knock off at six, so neither do we.
- We believe that web support should be available when you need it, which is why all our clients are given access to our secure online project management system. You can use this innovative facility to raise an issue with your site, alert us to a task you need doing or upload new content 24/7.
- Furthermore, we don't believe web support should be restricted to a certain number of calls per month, which is why there is no upper limit on the number of support incidents you can raise with us.
INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Payment in full including GST is required before any work is undertaken and this payment is non-refundable. The only exception to this rule is custom programming work (termed custom functionality).
- Payment is due in advance prior to work beginning
- A deposit of 20% of the total cost, is required on all monthly payment packages.
- The balance of the contract is due in three equal monthly installments beginning from the day of purchase.
- Installments can be made over monthly basis 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
- You will be invoiced by the 1st of each month.
- There is an one-time administration set-up fee of $50 per plan which is non-refundable.
- Monthly payments must be made on the first week of every month. Payments can be made by Payza, Skrill (moneybooker), Western Union (WU), Bank wired or Bank Transfer.
- Payment must clear by the 7th day of each month. Uncleared funds may result in a service suspension.
- If the account falls into arrears at any point, there will be a charge of $25 added to the account, per occasion.
- If the account goes into arrears for a period of 45 days, the website will be taken off line and the email accounts will be suspended until the arrears are cleared.
- After the account balance is cleared, the ownership will be transferred to the account holder. Until that time, it will be owned wholly by Baazi Designs.
- All payments will be in USD (US Dollars) & PKR (Pak Rupees).
- Monthly payments are not available on privately sourced hosting.
- You are covered by a Baazi Designs maintenance plan for 90 days after the launch of your website. This plan includes any bugs or issues that arise.
- Any issues that arise after your warranty period will be charged at our hourly maintenance rate.
- Installment plans only cover the cost of the original invoice – it does not cover maintenance plan fees or additional work fees unless agreed at the time of the original invoice.
- If in the future, you wish to move your website to another provider, a fee will be applicable to cover preparation and packaging of your data, and content files. This fee is not associated with the new provider’s charges. The website and it’s content remains the property of Baazi Designs until full payment has been received.
- There is a 1 months notice period we require when cancelling your website. Written notice must be emailed in before the 1st of the month. For example, if you would like to cancel your website as of 1st July, then ensure that written notice is provided by the 1st of June.
- A minimum maintenance contract is 3 months with 1 months’ notice.
- Our standard terms and conditions apply to all work.
- These terms and conditions may be changed at any time with one calendar month’s notice.

2. Custom Functionality
- If the Client requires any custom functionality a deposit of 50% (including GST) is required to be paid in advance with 40% (including GST) of the remainder due on completion of the project and the last 10% (including GST) paid after one month in order to allow for testing of the functionality and repairing of any genuine bugs in the new functionality at no charge.
- An ongoing charge will be applied to any custom functionality to account for extra database storage and usage.
- Extra traffic and disk space charges will also apply.
